Using a combination of nervous system regulation techniques, vagus nerve stimulation exercises, somatic therapy, lifestyle changes, we can begin to bring our body back to a calm resting state. This is different for each individual. Once we reach a state of equilibrium, we can work on reprogramming subconscious thoughts that will help navigate situations and allow your body to reach a parasympathetic state in daily life situations. By nourishing your brain and body with diet and supplements, we aid in the healing on a cellular level. We identify toxins, stressors in your environment and build resilience through the use of subconscious programming and tools to navigate.
